1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping options may include:

  • USPS First-Class Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Ground Advantage

Shipping method is selected at checkout based on your location and preference.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected USPS service

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through USPS.


6. Shipping Delays

Sound the Horn Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual.


7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS but not received.


9. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
